Energy

The intensive use of energy is a major consequence of a consumerist lifestyle. And it is also an important element of climate change, due to the significant use of fossil fuels to generate energy. Thus, investing and fostering the use renewable energy is a very important catalyst in reducing CO2 emissions worldwide.

Despite of the increasing number of people with access to electricity, there’s still a lot to be done on the field of access to energy. No access to energy means restrictions in healthcare services, sanitation facilities, communications, clean water and safe food supplies, among others basic living conditions.
